The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing operations at Wheel, focusing on clinician scheduling and supporting the operational future of the company.

• Excellent communication skills for various audiences.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Experience building processes and automating tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with remote clinician networks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Telehealth regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Background in consulting or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
