Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power Rossum’s demand generation, campaign performance, and revenue reporting — helping us eliminate manual data entry for global finance teams and unlock the full potential of their business workflows.

• Optimize and scale our MarTech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, Qualified).
• Leverage AI-powered automation for lead enrichment and customer journeys.
• Build robust closed-loop reporting and attribution models.
• Enable marketing and sales teams through automation and process optimization.
• Own and optimize the entire MarTech stack for seamless campaign execution.
• Drive lead lifecycle management through automated workflows.
• Maintain and improve WordPress website operations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with global privacy regulations.
• Utilize automation platforms to streamline lead processes.
• Support sales enablement by aligning marketing and sales processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce CRM, and WordPress.
• Proven success in designing lead lifecycle strategies and campaign workflows.
• Experience in building dashboards and closed-loop reporting frameworks.
• Understanding of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance.
• Proficiency with automation platforms like Make or Zapier.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
