Overview

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role on the integrated marketing team, responsible for driving business growth through the execution of marketing campaigns.

• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the main liaison between marketing, digital products, I.T., and agency teams.
• Identify processes to maximize resource efficiency and marketing technology usage.
• Keep marketing leadership informed of progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage marketing investments, monthly accounting, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with I.T. for technology integration into marketing processes.
• Serve as the primary admin for digital asset management and productivity tools.
• Manage marketing billings, contracts, and resourcing activities.
• Identify and document processes to improve marketing technology usage.
• Train and support team members on marketing productivity systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing work experience.
• Experience working with agencies and vendors.
• Expertise in assessing marketing processes and improving quality.
