Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience evaluating candidates for technical roles.
• Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
• Enjoy sourcing and nurturing relationships with talent.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and fast-paced environments.
• Prioritize providing a great candidate experience.
• Extremely organized and able to balance priorities.
• Data-focused with a strong emphasis on diversity hiring.
