Overview

Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, redefining e-commerce by blending community, shopping, and entertainment. The Commerce Strategy & Operations team drives business decisions across post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, trust, and fraud.

In Short

• Develop and implement commerce strategies for margin optimization and growth.
• Manage cross-functional commerce projects with product and engineering teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Analyze commerce data for insights and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Proficient with SQL and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex.
