Senior Software Engineer - Seller Growth - Remote

In Short

• The Seller Growth Engineering team is responsible for growing sellers on Whatnot.
• Focus on defining different seller cuts and measuring the seller lifecycle.
• Make sellers successful throughout their lifecycle, onboarding, marketing, and growth capabilities.
• Resurrect churned sellers.
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building scalable systems primarily using Python, Elixir, JavaScript.
• Ability to work across the stack (backend and frontend).
• Excellent product instincts and proven track record of delivering features.
• Knowledge of Data and Growth Systems like Notifications.

Requirements

• Ability to take ownership of an ambiguous area and define and drive impact.
• Ability to flexibly work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Scalability and Data pipeline experience with SQL, dbt, etc.
