In Short

• Support development of Whatnot’s Salesforce environment.
• Manage configuration of Salesforce features.
• Provide support to sales and account management teams.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data hygiene and reliability of data architecture.
• Work cross-functionally with data and engineering teams.
• Eliminate manual processes to improve user experience.
• Support development of junior admins and analysts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce backend and flow automation.
• A+ communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to implement solutions with minimal oversight.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and design solutions.
