In Short

• Hands-on, techno-functional Lead IT Financial Business Systems Analyst role.
• Drive strategy and execution of financial tool-stack.
• Enhance business processes and automate manual work.
• Work closely with finance teams including Accounting, Procurement, and FP&A.
• Configuration and workflows within NetSuite and other systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional requirements sessions.
• Consult and present IT solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deliver on all phases of the software development cycle for finance applications.
• Partner with IT and Finance leadership to develop technical strategy.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a finance systems professional.
• Robust understanding of IT and financial business processes.
• 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience; certification preferred.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience architecting financial applications transformations.
• Ability to think analytically and innovatively.
• Deep understanding of leading and emerging market trends in SaaS financial applications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
