Overview

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively in coordination with the Technology team, contributing to business performance insights and planning.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Knowledge of LCR and NSFR is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience in risk management.
• Strong ethical judgment and decision-making skills.
