In Short

  • Build products that power core buyer and seller experiences at Whatnot.
  • Implement customer order and shipment experiences, LLM-based chat functionalities, and automation flows.
  • Influence core business metrics to increase retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure reliable core data flows for a world-class user experience.
  • Work within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, or Seattle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of frontend software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong product and customer sense.
  • Ability to write and ship high-quality code rapidly.
  • Experience with JavaScript and React.
  • Interest or experience in Machine Learning solution development.
