In Short

• Lead and scale a marketing team focused on attracting and retaining sellers.
• Define go-to-market strategy in partnership with the sales team.

• Work with lifecycle function to create content for seller activation campaigns.
• Ensure products and policies support seller growth.
• Refine in-person events strategy for seller engagement.
• Partner with creative team to develop campaigns and collateral.
• Measure the impact of marketing activities on brand and business growth.
• Align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Experience in B2B marketing and community building.
• Strong understanding of enthusiast communities.
• Proficiency in social media and data analytics tools.
• Experience in organizing virtual or physical events.
• Analytical mindset with budget and ROI ownership.
• Ability to work in a small team and handle ambiguity.
