The Junior Campaign Manager, DACH will serve as the main liaison between creators and the business, facilitating brand strategies and managing various campaign elements.

In Short

• Sourcing creators and creating talent lists for pitches and campaigns
• Creating moodboards, briefs, and visual references for campaigns
• Initial creator outreach and communication
• Negotiating and contracting with creators
• Managing logistics for live campaigns
• Vetting and uploading campaign content
• Setting creators up for whitelisting
• Collating campaign results and reports
• Managing creator payments and invoicing
• General office administration

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
