Overview

The Regional Workforce Development Board Manager will serve as a primary contact for Workforce Development Boards, fostering relationships and supporting the onboarding and training of partners to enhance their use of Craft Education's product.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Workforce Development Boards (WDBs).
  • Onboard and train new partners on product features.
  • Monitor partner health metrics and conduct quarterly check-ins.
  • Identify opportunities for satisfaction improvement and growth.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with WDBs.
  • Coordinate introductions between WDBs and Craft's Customer Success team.
  • Input and maintain partner activities in CRM software.
  • Travel to support partnership management and growth.
  • Work in a high-growth startup environment focused on workforce development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in workforce development or related industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Adept at identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Experience in onboarding and training partners.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to analyze reports and monitor customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship programs is preferred.
