Requirements

• Experience with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with international recruitment is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and workforce needs.
• Experience in a global technology or semiconductor company is a plus.
