Senior Project Manager, Clinical Nursing - Remote

In Short

• Oversee the setup, execution, and closeout of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for project teams.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to project quality and delivery.
• Participate in proposal and bid defense meetings.
• Collaborate to develop and maintain standardized internal procedures.
• Design and deliver project-specific training for clinical trial nurses.
• Lead tracking and reporting of project metrics and expenses.
• Escalate serious incidents to the appropriate authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (health or science field preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years’ experience in project management or clinical research.
• Prior experience with decentralized clinical trials strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trial/project management software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of clinical research process preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines; willing to travel up to 20%.
