At Community Activation, our objective is to create authentic, relevant and relatable user-generated content with our Key Opinion Buyers who include our mothers, women and dads in the Supermom Community!

In Short

• Develop compelling strategies for commercial and branding priorities.
• Champion the Momfiliates programme for mothers across SEA.
• Oversee content development aligned with client goals.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client meetings to understand goals and deliver reports.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports.
• Leverage analytical tools to assess UGC engagement levels.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in community activation or digital marketing.
• Expertise in managing affiliates and user-generated content.
• Strong client management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in social media trends and best practices.
• Experience in AI-driven content creation and analytics.
• Creativity and passion for brand communities.
• Eager to explore new developments in social media.
• Proficient in English and preferably a SEA language.
