Overview

The Language Quality Coordinator at Welo Data will oversee quality assurance processes, analyze data on vendor performance, and support training initiatives to enhance quality across language services.

• Analyze data on quality and vendor performance.
• Plan and coordinate Language Quality Assessments (LQAs).
• Educate resources on LQA arbitration workflow.

Requirements

• Experience in Localization Vendor Coordination or Quality Coordination.
• Fluent in English; an additional language preferred.
• Understanding of Translation Memory tools and CAT tools.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BA Degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
