Overview

As a Staff Data Engineer, you will design and implement scalable systems that process and standardize healthcare data, enabling advanced analytics and predictive modeling to support Wellth’s mission of driving daily healthy habits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards.
• Experience with HEDIS measure reporting.
• Proficiency in dbt models and data orchestration tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience with data security in healthcare.
• Knowledge of Redshift and BigQuery.
• Experience with Jupyter and Spark.
