Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an analytics engineer or data analyst in healthcare.
• Experience with sensitive claims and patient data.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and HEDIS reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and shell scripting.
• Experience with dbt models and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
• Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks like Airflow.
• Passion for metric governance and collaboration.
