Overview

As a Workday Specialist (HCM) at Welltech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday platform. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that Workday aligns with business needs and contributes to improving global health and wellness.

• Support ongoing configuration and maintenance of Workday across various modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Workday platform.
• Participate in Workday releases, assessing impacts and implementing new features.
• Create reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Workday solutions.
• Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.
• Assist in Workday projects and module rollouts.
• Support in change management and EIB loads.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Workday experience in an analyst or functional support role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Workday modules (preferably Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
