Welltech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior/Staff Security Engineer to lead our security initiatives and drive our security strategy forward.

• Manage and mentor a team of security engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering roles.
• 2+ years leading a team of security engineers.
• Experience with large scale security projects.
• Hands-on incident response experience.
• Familiarity with GDPR, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001.
• Strong coding skills focused on security.
• Proficiency in Datadog and PagerDuty.
• Understanding of AWS security frameworks.
• Strong communication skills.
