In Short

Work on a greenfield product in the wellness & fitness space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data.
Mentor and lead team members in product and engineering initiatives.
Advocate for iterative development practices to enhance experimentation.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of systems.

Requirements

Strong product and business mindset.
Experience in Domain Driven Design.
Hands-on engineering background in backend systems.
Proficient with relational and non-relational databases and AWS.
Experience in Python or Kotlin is a plus.
Ability to influence technical direction and collaborate effectively.
Experience in maximizing developer productivity.
Thrives in ambiguous environments.
(Nice to Have) Experience with Data and/or Multimedia.
