Head of Procurement - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead and scale our global procurement function at Welltech, a global leader in the Health & Fitness industry.

In Short

• Lead and manage the procurement function including sourcing and vendor selection.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and processes.
• Build strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor the procurement team.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and develop KPIs for the team.
• Manage P2P process flow in ERP and supplier data.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in international or multinational companies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in IT/tech industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems like Workday, SAP, etc.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives.
