In Short

  • Welcome patients and guests at the clinic.
  • Conduct visit check-ins and assist with required forms.
  • Collect co-pays and update patient information.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments using electronic medical records.
  • Manage phone lines, answer calls, and take messages.
  • Handle faxes and maintain cleanliness in the Welcome area.
  • May float to other centers in the region as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and community members.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Service Team.
  • Embody a positive and flexible attitude.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages.
  • US work authorization.
  • Experience in a customer service setting preferred.
  • Some college education preferred.
  • A welcoming attitude towards older adults.
  • High level of integrity.
