Overview

The Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health plays a critical role in leading a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care while ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting best practices.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Mathematical reasoning for prescription accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform job functions.
  • Commitment to compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.
