Overview

As a part-time clinician at Signify Health, you will provide in-home health evaluations, helping patients in their own homes and building trusted relationships to improve health outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification required.

• Strong communication skills.
