Outreach Associate - Remote

Overview

The Outreach Associate is responsible for developing relationships with community members and scheduling appointments for Medicare-eligible seniors to become patients of Oak Street Health through various events.

• Engage Medicare-eligible seniors in the community.
• Schedule first appointments for interested prospects.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or outreach roles.
