Overview

The Operations Supervisor at CVS Health is a key leader responsible for managing store operations and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the Store Management team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
  • Deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to supervise and direct staff effectively.
  • Computer skills for operational tasks.
  • Ability to respond to urgent store issues.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
