Requirements

• Current multistate licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Proven diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Experience with evidence-based methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with electronic health records.
• Strong crisis intervention skills.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Understanding of insurance and billing requirements.
• Willingness to adapt to virtual therapy delivery.
