Requirements

  • State or national certification or graduation from an accredited medical assistant course.
  • 1 year experience as a medical assistant.
  • CPR or BLS Certification.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Gmail, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • US work authorization.
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in a Medical Assistant role.
  • Preferred: Phlebotomy Technician Certification.
  • Ability to work with geriatric patients is a plus.
