Requirements

• Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and resources effectively.
• Understanding of compliance and quality metrics.
• Financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
