Overview

The District Leader, Rx plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of clinical and business excellence in retail pharmacies across their market, overseeing approximately 20 retail pharmacies and a team of 200 reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license required.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals.
• Strong time management skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Integrity and judgment in managing sensitive matters.
