Overview

As an Associate Account Manager at Aetna International, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting business objectives through proactive account service management.

  • Manage a book of business for Aetna International's largest customers.
  • Provide proactive account service management to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute customer service strategies.
  • Engage with customers via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.

  • Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution.
  • Support client needs across multiple time zones.
  • Assist with network analysis, benefit plan design, and billing issues.
  • Work with sales teams for growth and renewal activities.
  • Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry or customer service experience.
  • Active resident insurance producer license or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
  • Background in international health insurance preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
