Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will conduct high-level systems analysis and implementation of efficient software solutions that support Wellmark’s business and technology applications, leading system development and guiding the team in design and development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience or 6 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile team environment is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and coach others.
• Experience partnering with global staffing vendors is a plus.
