Overview

The Administrative Assistant III position supports Wellmark’s Vice President of Provider Relations & Engagement by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support in a dynamic corporate environment.

In Short

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project support skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions.
  • High initiative and commitment to task completion.
