Localization Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Localization Project Manager for our Marketing team in Brazil! The successful candidate will play an active role in our Localization Center of Excellence for our Marketing teams, securing a successful setup for global communications to produce locally relevant assets that resonate with different target audiences.

In Short

• Manage localization and adaptation requests from Wellhub stakeholders.
• Build strong collaboration and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate understanding of Wellhub’s target audiences and brand guidelines.
• Develop relationships with Localization Leads and translation vendors.
• Support the review and QA of translations to ensure quality.
• Occasionally perform brief translations when required.
• Provide feedback to local talent and participate in issue prevention.
• Support terminology and TM clean-up activities.
• Live the mission by promoting wellbeing in the workplace.

Requirements

• Currently live in Brazil.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model if residing in São Paulo.
• Remote work for those in other Brazilian states.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in localization project management.
• Knowledge of localization workflows and CAT tools.
• Highly organized with a quality-first approach.
• Able to perform in a dynamic environment.
• Solution-driven thinker with a proactive attitude.
