Requirements

  • Proven ability to balance revenue growth and customer experience.
  • Strong data analytics and forecasting skills.
  • Expertise in call center tools and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage internal teams and vendors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
