Manager, Quality Control Review - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Quality Control Review will lead onsite Quality Control Reviews for the Consumer Bank, focusing on compliance with policies and regulations.

• Lead Quality Control Reviews for Banking Centers and Business Banking Teams.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, programs, and state/federal regulations.
• Compile review findings and recommend revisions to systems and procedures.
• Work on various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate findings verbally and via Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments.
• Assist Quality Control Team and other departments on ad hoc projects.
• Identify ways to improve the effectiveness of the QCR Program.
• Review and appraise action plans from Banking Center management.
• Maintain a productive work environment through professional interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience, including Banking Center experience.
• Knowledge of audit, accounting, and information technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Effective decision-making and organizational skills.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
