Overview

The Commercial Banking Training and Communications Analyst will support and execute internal communications and training strategies for the Commercial Banking team, requiring strong organizational skills and creativity.

• Support internal communications and training initiatives.
• Act as a liaison to identify training needs.
• Update and maintain training catalog in LMS.
• Generate reports to assess training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in training or communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Stream.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and podcast production.
