Webflow is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Systems and Data Insights to lead our enterprise systems, and business intelligence efforts. This role is crucial in scaling Webflow’s business through innovative technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems and data analytics
• Proven leadership experience
• Deep expertise in enterprise applications and data platforms
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Hands-on experience with data architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
