Overview

As the Manager of Deal Strategy at Webflow, you will lead the Deal Desk function within Revenue Operations, guiding a team and partnering with Sales on complex deals to ensure operational rigor and strategic support throughout the quote-to-close process.

Requirements

• Experience in a people management role
• Skilled in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
• 4+ years in SaaS companies in Deal Desk roles
• Proficient with DocuSign and similar tools
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Legal teams
• Understanding of discounting strategies and approvals
• Curiosity about emerging technologies like AI
• Knowledge of web design or Webflow products is a plus
