As the DEI Lead at Webflow, you will guide and scale the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, partnering with various teams to integrate DEI principles across the employee experience.

Requirements

• Experience with Affinity Groups or ERGs.
• Comfortable being a visible advocate for DEI.
• Curiosity and openness to learning about emerging technologies.
