• Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
• Help develop and scale Webflow Optimize products
• Build and improve a high quality, performant and scalable Webflow experience
• Work with technologies such as Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers
• Participate in engineering citizenship activities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• Development experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript
• Familiarity with optimization platforms and event tracking tools
• Strong understanding of web development best practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to debug production issues
• Ownership and driving projects to business impact
