Overview

As the Director of Engineering at Webflow, you will lead the Growth and Extensibility pillar, overseeing core growth initiatives and extensibility surfaces including AI Site Builder, pricing infrastructure, and the API platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
• 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• Experience with fullstack web tech: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node
• Experience driving growth outcomes through experimentation
• Familiarity with building and scaling developer platforms
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Ability to grow leaders and coach emerging EMs
• Operate with urgency and product intuition
