Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and technical Director of Business Systems, Technology to architect, build, and scale our enterprise application ecosystem to support the complex needs of a modern, data-driven software business.

• Lead a team responsible for the technical delivery and integration of core business systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/business systems.
• 5+ years leading technical teams in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Deep experience with platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and Zendesk.
• Expert-level understanding of system integration patterns.
• Experience in designing secure, scalable cloud systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business processes.
• Background in M&A integrations or global system rollouts.
• Proficient in SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with SOX compliance and data governance.
