Overview

The Brokerage Risk Operations team is responsible for monitoring and remediating market and credit-related risks within client margin trading accounts. We are seeking a Team Lead for a new function in Derivatives Risk Remediation, focusing on executing risk remediation activities for complex trading products.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Brokerage Operations or Market Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of margin trading and complex derivatives.
• CIRO registration or completion of required courses.
• Preferred designations include FRM and CFA.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in team leadership and development.
