Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in business hiring; technical hiring experience is a plus.
• Skilled in building effective recruiting processes.
• Familiar with modern recruitment technology and sourcing platforms.

• Passionate about building a better financial future.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
