In Short

• Build and maintain data models in the data warehouse for collections performance.
• Develop attribution logic for payments and account cures.
• Create monitoring systems and alerts for collections processes.
• Design data pipelines for third-party collections agencies.
• Collaborate with CX teams on agent performance metrics.
• Support implementation of third-party software.
• Ensure data models are well tested and documented.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of credit card collections processes.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems.
• Familiarity with collections performance metrics.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for collections.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills for translating requirements.
• Results-driven and curious about product strategies.
• Experience with dbt is a plus.
