In Short

  • Onboard new Customers including working with Plan Sponsors and Admin’s to set up their Group Accounts.
  • Drive adoption of W4B with Customers' employees.
  • Manage the Transfer of existing Group Plans to W4B.
  • Provide ongoing support and expertise on the Wealthsimple for Business platform.
  • Establish and track measurable goals for customer accounts.
  • Manage and resolve bugs, issues, outages, escalations.
  • Proactive outreach to customers sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Best in class Customer relationships with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adjust communications to different audiences.
  • Superior time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual – fluent in both writing and speaking in French.
  • Experience in Group Retirement / Pension industry.
