Overview

The Portfolio Consultant plays a vital role in Wealth Enhancement’s Investment and Product groups, focusing on delivering tailored investment solutions and building strong relationships with Advisors to enhance their practices.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted partner to advisor teams.
• Provide expert guidance on investment solutions.
• Support business development and improve close rates.
• Create and present investment proposals.
• Engage with clients via seminars and webinars.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost national presence.
• Research and contribute to the development of investment platforms.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial services with an investments focus.
• CFP, CFA, or CIMA certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial markets and portfolio theory.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to create quality presentations and articles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
